Every time you start a thread is for asking others to work on a free solution for you.
You should know that free solutions are widely made by people passionate about it.
They're not working because someone is harassing them for it.

Also NTR is not outdated. The fact that it doesn't work the way you want doesn't means it's outdated.

@cell9 built the NTR CFW in a way which let us give it the configuration it needs to be able to boot (BootNTR).
So basically if Nintendo don't do a major change in it's firmware it will never be outdated as long as devs update BootNTR.

Also, you should remember that at first the NTR CFW was a N3DS cfw only, later on @cell9 made the compatibility with the o3DS.
So just be happy that it works with a lot of games and stop complaining because you can't win in Pokemon without cheats. Thank you.

So if you're worried about cheats so bad than just use Gateshark? Why is this even a thing? Won't save editing be enough when PM comes out? Most people that can't/don't use NTR end up using Gateway for cheats or something similar. Why not just use that instead of throwing a fit that a CFW doesn't meet your specific needs? I don't even use NTR for cheats, I use it for process dumps, screenshots, save states and streaming so there is WAY more to it than just cheat plugins. Sorry to be so candid but why are you so demanding around here? Every other thread it's "You Devs should do this, and you devs you should do that" have you ever even said please in your life? Jeez dude.....

To OP: Trust me, just buy N3DS. It's a lot easier than asking and waiting, and absolutly easier than forking Luma3DS.

I boot a 10.4 firm in Luma and use NTR in its final form before cell9 stop working on it, no bugs here.

Is there a difference between NTR CFW and the bootNTR you can use in any CFW?

Aside from it sometimes not detecting my cfw, I've never had any problems with NTR running on luma or gw (or even rxtools before a9lh)

It's the same thing.

BootNTR is the app that launch the NTR CFW. One can't go without the other.

The differences will be from the version you launch.

To answer the question, the Creator is not going to fix those "bugs" (even though those bugs are minimal)

And for now NTR works, no need to create a new one

I tried booting it with ARM9loaderhax for shits and giggles and it just gave me errors, things I do when I'm bored I guess

It obiously gives you that because you need the system to be fully booted so it can install the stuff on RAM lol

do people honestly use ntr that much? i only use it for ntr viewer. if youre using it constantly for cheats just get a gateway. its so much easier than ntr

I don't find the NTR plugins that hard to use personally.

Finding cheats, yeah it's harder than Gateway but Gateway only allows to find simply cheats, the complex one need the computer just like NTR so...

Try my last version of BootNTR. The files are sets directly from the app so you can't have them wrong.

It can't use with legit cartridges & Legit Eshop Apps.
If you're non-pirate users, it's a lot harder than NTR.
