Something is wrong on the hosts end (we don't host the server). Costello has mailed them about the issue already and is waiting for a reply, being the weekend it might take a while though.

You have to be quicker. 20 seconds, 30 if you count from when they said hi, is a more than generous amount of time to type out a reply to a complicated question.
