is there ANY way I could use my Ipod Touch as a Wifi apapter (IE I get my DS to think my iPod is an access point and use the connection that that has) so I can get onto the Nintendo Wi-Fi channel as it does not like my router at all and I dont have the money to get a Nintendo Apapter or a new router at this point in time.

you mean that app called MyWifi or something like that, yeah I think that's only for 3G. also i had a few problems connecting to an iPhone via DS but you can still try it out.
Yea the Mywifi its only exclusive to the iphone 3G, i know cuz i have the app on my iphone and tested on my ipod touch 2gen and it doesnt work at all. Ipod Touch are unsupported
