iPod Touch question?..

I'm going to be recieving one for Christmas and will be jailbreaking it but I'm wondering about video. If I jailbreak, is there some app I can use to play other video files besides MP4 or what?

If mp4...best converter?

vlc4iphone might be tailored to your needs. If not... I'd recommend Handbrake for H.264/MPEG-4 encoding.

Well, I don't know how much you have read about the iPod Touch, but before I got into the Wii, I was into the iPod.

Once you have it jailbroken and what not, Cydia [the default jailbroken app] is all you will need.

There will be it's own section called "Multimedia". They have tons of applications supporting a huge variety of video formats.

As for the converter, I don't really know... The free ones out now and days SUCK. So, I go an alternative route. Lol.
