Hacking Ipod touch 2g backup loader?

I did a search in google and on the device compatibility list on this site and did not find a yes, no, or even a mention of the device. Has anyone used a 32gb itouch second gen as a loader? If so what steps did you have to take to prepare the ipod?

he means using the hdd in the ipod to put games on it and plug it into the wii, how about trying to plug the ipod in with one of the loaders and see if it detects it first then go from there

Ahhh good call. I'll check it out. Still interested in an answer if someone has gotten it to for sure work. I noticed on the compatibility list that some hard drives needed patches to to stop from going into sleep mode and the like.
 
If i remember right in Cydia is a Programm which allows you to create an USB Partition. You can try it.

Ok checked it.
Its called USB Drive and you can find it in this Source:
