Just like the title says, the video mode in my Iplayer doesn't show the vids in alphabetical order (they are sorted properly in "Files" though). Is there any setting I'm missing or any way to fix that?

Well, you're the only one that uses the iPlayer to see movies.

Seriously. It's 256x192...

It sorts the files in alphabetic order, but small letters ("ttt) come after large ones ("TTT").

It may sort them by the date they were added. If you copy all the videos to your computer, delete them all from the iPlayer micro SD card, and then copy them all back in one batch, it should work I think.

AFAIK, there's also a tool somewhere which sorts all files this way without having to do this, I saw it in the DSTT FAQ Sticky, as the DSTT uses the same method to sort games.

you can use "total commander" with the "rename"-function to set all selected files to lower case / upper case - whatever you prefere
can be directly applied to the files on the sd card, no need to copy to hd

ps: i like iplayer for travelling

Yeah well I spend a lot of time on the train lately, going from one place to another for my job. So I have a pile of old Dr Who episodes to watch to spend the time.

But the most important thing is I had forgotten to check one detail. The whole "Video" folder was marked as "read-only" by Windows. I changed that and voilà, it sorts files normally, by alphabetical order. It's always the last place you look in, isn't it?

Anyways, Thank you all.

Oh and mods can close the topic if they feel like it.
