No CNet confirmed it earlier today about the announcement. But no one is really sure about when, for how much, and how much the data plans are going to be.

They spent a couple billion making sure that the network would be able to handle the data intensive aspect of thing, as the iPhone on Verizon will be CDMA format.

But when it does, and the new bootrom gets unlocked, im trading in my non-wifi droid for it, that or the iPhone 5, which ever one comes first.

Honestly, I just find iPhones to be inferior as smartphones. I don't see why so many people are "applauding" this.
Android > iOS > WP7 > Blackberry > Everything else.
I think you got it a little wrong.

WP7 > Android > iOS > Blackberry > Everything else.
With Windows Phone 7 you can get the largest laughs, the most massive movies in high definition, and the biggest battles ever witnessed on a phone. I want a phone that will save me from my phones. Windows Phone 7 is designed to let us go in and out that's why I want it. Its all there just how I want it. Windows Phone 7 is much better then anything else because its different. Its got these live tiles on its home screen that no phone has, one look and I can see what my brother is up to, whats happening on facebook, and more. Even Xbox Live! And I am done! Now I can put my phone away spend more time with her and spend less time with my phone(alone).
Unless that was supposed to be a sarcastic parody of the commercials, I must strongly disagree. WP7 is too simple for it's own good. Sure, there's the live tiles, but that's about it. It has a lot of power, but I've yet to see it do anything spectacular or unique. It's almost like a simplified smartphone, which is the furthest thing from what I want. Especially considering an iPhone is simple enough that I'm sure even my mom could work one.

Since there's currently no one in my life I care enough about to have a stalk tile live tile of, the only thing WP7 has going for it is Xbox Live, which even that is a disappointment until a truely Xbox experience comes to the phone. If all it does is let me track my friends, change my avatar, and play ilomilo, there's a problem.

With Windows Phone 7 you can get blah blah blah
You sound like a commercial/extreme fanboy.
I was thinking it sounded just like a commercial too.
