Homebrew IOS36 Installing -1017 Error

So, i'm using Simple IOS Manager and trying to install IOS36 on my wii, and everything was going well until I got to the part where it says "Press A to start the install..." So, I pressed A and it said,
Installing...
ES_Addticket Returned: -1017
You need to use an IOS with Trucha Bug.
That's what the IOS15 Downgrade is good for.
IOS36 Installation failed...
Press any button to continue...
So, I then used Trucha Bug, tried it and it gave me the same error "ES_Addticket Returned: -1017" So, does anyone know a fix to this? I'm new to this.
