ROM Hack ioritree's 3DS NTR CFW Trainer Question

Anyone know anything about "ioritree's 3DS NTR CFW Trainer 20160115"? I am not sure where to put it on SD card and how to use it... Thoughts/help appreciated

Create a folder named ''plugin'' on the root of your SD Card. Search for the game ID you want the plugin for. And create a new folder with the ID inside the plugin folder, your plugin goes there then. At least, boot NTR = profit.
