My 360 can connect to the wifi and the wifi can connect to the internet but the internet cant connect to xbox live. And Microsoft isnt being any help at all. So what should I do?

Check your router settings and or your WLAN settings on the 360?

I had that , and somehow had 2 step verification set for my 360, and without signing in using that, wouldn't connect to live, despite seeing network etc, just a thought?
I have never heard of 2FA for internet settings for the 360 ;')
