From now on, the Brazilian steam is priced in my national coin. What bring me to this question:
Can I create a US account, buy something with US price as gift, and then give this gift to my Brazlian account? There is anyone here that already sent a international gift on steam, or it is not possible?
Until now, all I know is that if they discover that I'm trying to explore international prices I'll be banned.
PS.: I'm not asking how to do this, and I think that we should not tell it here anyway, I'm asking only if international gifting is available.
