Emulation Interesting (possibly useful) botw folder discovery

So, I tried installing the BOTW first person mod on Cemu because I couldn’t find a Graphics pack
I went to Content>Actor>Pack to replace the GameCamera file or whatever it was called, and the directory only had one file there, when it should’ve had hundreds.
So I’m thinking my game might be packed or something, which is why I can’t use normal mods in general. Also, my game is not dumped form a Wii U, and no one ever answers me when I ask if I need it dumped to use mods
