my friend bought a new desktop pc, it's an i3 probably 4130, i know the gpu is the HD4400 model
using a samsung tv with hdmi cable..

i installed everything, like drivers, but the colours are not right, i don't know how to exactly explain but for example, the text is skinner.. the colours seem more hard... the greens look somewhat bright

i borrowed my nvidea gpu, and the colors get normal when using it..
the colours are also normal when connects his laptop (which got a nvidea gpu)

i attached some pictures, am really sorry about the bad quality picturs, i will try to get better later...
but the issue i am talking about can really notice on the NETWORK icon.. which is normal on the nvidea picture...
and as you can see, the text is more darker on one side, its kinda like tbe difference using a number 1 or number 4 pencil....

It's impossible to tell the difference from those pictures, as any difference in color or brightness could be due to the camera.
TVs have a lot of adjustable options and postprocessing and crap, maybe it's the TV settings doing it? It could be remembering settings independently for each device.
It could also be some weird settings in the Intel HD Graphics options or somewhere buried in Windows' Control Panel.

options burried somewhere its what i was thinking.. but i tried to look everywhere..

anyway, it can't be the settings from the tv.. like i said, i tried my gpu to that same computer and it was normal.. i tried other hdmi port, it has always the same result. it only happens on the intel output... however i didn't tried a monitor vga to test it, didnt had a vga cable..
and the tv doesn't have almost any option, at least relevant..

but it must be from the configuration on the intel or windows.. because this doesnt happen either pluging a laptop or a gpu, both from nvidea..
when i saw the colors at first i thought it was missing drivers, but it didn't fixed it...

i will try to take better pictures... and i can notice the issue on the ones i sent, but i understand about the bad quality, will take better ones later...

Usually TV remotes have a button that changes the video mode between options like "Dynamic", "Standard", "Eco" etc. It could be remembering that setting separately for each device you plug into it, the nvidia card and the integrated one would be recognized as 2 different devices so it could still be on the TV side. Find that button on your remote and see if fiddling with it makes any difference.

no, its not the tv... if it was the tv it would act differently, i know its the pc.. a tv wouldn't make the text slimmer or pictures with more noise and less color depth...
and that tv is kinda old\cheap, there is almost no options, they are only basic options and its not that, when changing that options it changes on that hdmi port, not device...

If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction

You either need to be intubated to bypass obstruction or create a stoma inferior to the the area of obstruction to survive
