Hacking Installing wood r4

I have an r4 advance and I think it's a clone. I'm trying to install wood r4 on it but when I load up my r4 advance on my ds, the screen freezes on the loading screen. I also have the same problem when I try to update my r4. If you can help then please let me know.

Hi Ctrim,
It is a clone (DSTT).Wood won't work but YSMenu/TTMenu should.
Which r4 advance kernel version are you currently using?
Can you do a screen dump of your µSD?

Im not sure how to install YSMenu or the TTMenu and when im on the menu it says that the kernel is v1.21.

I can help you install YSMenu, but first, can you please try the R4 Advance v1.22 kernel here : http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/dl.php/R4Advance_v1.22_English.zip
Let me know if v1.22 boots or you get fake card warning.

I installed r4 advance 1.22 and a message came up saying "this is fake!!"
