Hacking installing wads

I used kongsnutz tutorial to install 4.0. Haven't been able to install any VC games successfully. All he games say they are installed through wad manager and show up brickfree on the console but when i try to play them they all just reset the wii. anyone had any luck at this?

working fine for me after following the guide.... did you make sure you installed the cios first?

yeah, i have had the ios16 installed for a while and just picked up where the guide started. i already had softmii2.1.1 install before hand. maybe i am using an old wadmanger. going to check now.

yeah i have the cios16 installed and used 3 different wad managers and can't use any wads i am installing to the console. VC snes games is what i am trying now.

My WW wads install and play fine, but the VC unofficial wads install but aren't playable. and all of them transfer to SD card with no problem. back to trolling to find an answer. any help would be greatly appreciated. i might have to wait till the snes emu 4.0 is released to paly my snes games. Thanks in advance!
