Hacking Installing VC games

Ok, we have the NTSC Opera Browser... how about some games now... almost everyone has the Internet Channel, since it was free for so long... My vote is for StarTropics, lol... loved that game when it came out for the NES... but anything that I don't have will do...

The NTSC Opera Browser is not in WAD, I downloaded it a few minutes ago.

So the Wad installer works for both regions? Its just the dumps that are region specific?

I was wondering if we could install the pal vc on ntsc wiis and then delete them. After that, we download the ntsc versions from wii shop channel =D
I dont think installing pal channels would brick your wii, since MK Pal Channel install flawlessly on NTSC Wii, but dont work.

Tried installing on my NTSC U Wii didn't work and leaved errors, tried about 10 times with different SD cards, formatted it and etc.

Yeah I did but said I had no Wii Points and NTSC and PAL titles have different ID's so no go.

Well everytime i try to i install a VC Game it just got the DSI execption thingy.

Anyone know how to fix this?

Im using a: Kingston 1GB Japan MicroSD.

try the new version.
it didn´t work for me either until the new version.
i tried 4 different sd carts.
but now it works.

Im using the hacked homebrew channel BTW.

try using the tilight hack and copy any savegame from the wii to the sd cart before you run the twilight hack. so that the wii gets connected to the sd cart once, for some people that increased compatibility.

I kinda figured out now...
When i used it from my Twilight Princess i got the "code dump" text.

Ive used the 1.1 version of the WAD installer.
Ive deleted a save file on the SD card as [truth] sayd i should try and used Twilight princess to load the elf.

And it worked

Now im going to enjoy some time with kirby

So the new WAD installer did let me install PAL VC games on my NTSC US Wii though I got the same error as when I tried using the Mario Kart Wii PAL channel "This channel cannot be used"
