Hacking Installing TN-V on EU PSN 3.55?

Hey,

Is it possible to get TN-V running on Vita with OFW 3.55 when connected to European PSN account? I want to keep my thropies and stuff (unless there is possibility of syncing them without upgrading?). I am looking mostly to run my original PSP games on PS Vita, since it has two sticks.
