Hacking Installing title update problem

So I'm trying to install a title update I downloaded but when I use the file explorer in freestyle as soon as I click the cache folder on my hard drive the console freezes and I need to shut it off. Is there a way to fix this so I can install the title update?

You can inject the TU on a 360 formatted USB with Horizon and copy it to the HDD via the retail MS dash.

for me it did not wanna install the latest FFXIII-2 Title Update (v.4), it kept on (v.3) for some reason even when having set (v.4) as active, so i got tired of it after trying 10x, and just used filezilla and opened it using FTP and update it that way and it worked. so i recommend just using FTP if the update for some reason fails to be installed.
