hey guys i just wanted to know if i needed to install something before installing priiloader, i have latest HBC, noegamma ios38rev14, bootmii and some wads installed. i know if you have 4.2 menu you have to install ios70.

No you're good to go. Priiloader doesn't require additional apps before installation Read the readme to be safe.
