Hacking Installing legit CIAs on 11.0?

Is it possible to download legit CIAs on 11.0 through NASA like it was on 10.5 for an example?
An answer would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Well, actually... Since memchunkhax 403802443.0 or whatever number it's at now isn't 100% fixed. You could probably get legit cias if you had some good knowledge with coding.

honestly, I would say a hard mod is the way to go. Its a one time procedure, and you become impervious to bricks (well, the normal ones)
