Can u still brick ur Wii U by installing out of region games? And/or how can u install US Patches to EU games?

I've done it through the Brazilian method and have had no bricks.

It was never a bricking problem. It's just that out-of-region titles don't run unless you've changed the title's meta, changed your sys_prod.xml's game_region, or you run a patcher than includes the region check bypass.

You install the title and update as you would for titles in your region. (yes, wupinstaller is fine)
Since the lower titleID has to match in order for the update to apply to the game, the region of the title and update have to match.

Keep in mind that some titles don't run properly, but that's because of content, e.g. your region's files might be missing, not because of the system region check.

OK I have Mass Effect 2 EU and the US Patch files with a read-me file and a meta file, how would I convert it? Sorry just want to make sure if I install the EU game to my US console it won't brick it?

On the site you got it from is a US dump of mass effect 2.

O Im sorry Mass Effect 3 I have the game files of EU ready for WUP installer then I have US Pacth files, Is there an easier way to play EU games?

You cannot apply patches for a different region AFAIK
