I want to install a retroarch and usb loader gx forwarder to my Wii U. I have an external hard drive formatted for use on vwii and I don't want to re-format to the Wii U format and re-install all my games so in this case I'm forced to install the forwarders to the console's internal memory, but do I risk bricking my console by doing this? With the original wii you would get a softbrick if you installed a full channel that happened to be corrupted, and the channel would simply not work if it was only a forwarder, but I don't know how the Wii U reacts to these things and don't want to experiment since recovering from a brick seems very complicated.
