OK So on my friend's Wii (it's US, 3.2U firmware w/ starfall installed) we're trying to install the Opera Internet Channel but it comes up with that error message (I can't tell if its content 38 or 08 though).

Or, I also heard that if you use flash memory, it can act as more "RAM" at least windows tell me when I stick a flash drive into it. -
