So I've been trying to go through the A9LH tutorial right after downgrading to 2.1.0, but I'm stuck on the browser part. When I go to http://dukesrg.github.io/2xrsa.html?arm11.bin on my 3ds it just takes me to github and says "404 file not found". It's especially odd because I had it working once before I realized I forgot a file and exited. I've tried initializing save data on the browser and it still keeps giving me the "404 file not found" error. Does anyone have any tips for me? When I switch SD cards or remove files it does the same thing. It doesn't even load anything, it just gives me the 404 error. Is the site down or something?

I just want to play pokemon sun already :(

Did you try this from the troubleshooting section:
A browser based exploit is not working
Browser based exploits (such as browserhax or 2xrsa) are often unstable and crash frequently, but they can sometimes be fixed by doing the following steps

  1. Open the browser, then open the browser settings
    1. Scroll to the bottom and Initialize Savedata (it also may be called Clear All Save Data)
    2. Try the exploit again
