You need to install menuhax again.
It's obvious it doesn't boot because by installing a theme you destroyed menuhax

Just use browserhax to get menuhax back

Menuhax is installed to the theme data so if you installed a custom theme on sysnand with a menuhax setup then it will vanish.
Use browserhax or some other entrypoint to reinstall menuhax.

This problem appears also when your nands are linked (emunand and sysnand)
