Hacking Install .PKG files manually?

It seems that I cannot install anything via pkgj-the download stuck on 0% and 0b/s, and gives 0x80410136 error, so the only option is to download them from the PC.
So how I can install the pkgs manually? I have the tsv files and NoNpDrm is loaded.

I wanna say that you could just use pkg2zip on PC. But I dunno.
Or you could try the NPS browser on PC, then just copy/paste.

NPS Browser on PC works great, the setup requires pkg2zip but after its setup the downloads are much faster and all you need to do is place the files on the SD card and in vitashell poen up the menu and hit refresh live area, and voila theres yoru games
