@pika9323

Your help would be much appreciated. I've got problems with the installer (seems like it doesn't work on 4.0, some people got problems even after downgrading, so I decided not do downgrade) so I was looking for a WAD or offline installation solution as well.

I think that even compiling the installer with IOS_Reload(249) could work, but I can't compile it since my Linux PC just recently failed... that wouldn't help offline installation, but the other installer problems might go away...

EDIT:
@carbonyle

cIOS 222 is necessary if you want to run custom USB loader channels that directly load a specific game.

No its some sort of code dump. I have cIOS Rev9 installed, and updated using Waninkokos 4.0 Updater

Did nobody look at the source or just tried something? Installing IOS222 offline works fine witht the same files you need for WiiGator's cIOS installers. (00000001/00000024/v1042/$files)

But that won't help those who encounter installation problems, like feidhlim1986, myself, and other users as well.
A WAD or recompiled version of the installer are the only solutions I can think of. The WAD is illegal to post, but for now, it's the fastest way to get cIOS 222 on the systems the installer fails on.

I downgraded to 3.2 using cIOS Downgrader, and now cIOS 222 installs fine and USB Game Channels work perfectly.
I'm gonna try updating to 4.0 again and see if it will keep 222
