You won't be able to use gateway right away as you have no browser and you're above 4.5. You're going to have to do something tricky to get CFW working, then you'll be able to use sysupdater/devMode to update your browser, then you'll be able to run gateway by going to go,gateway-3ds.com (with the launcher.dat on your SD card). You can either wait for someone to tell you what that tricky thing is or you can start searching for how to install CFW with no browser.

You'll have to update to 9.2 using a game, there is no other way.
(There technically is but more trouble than it's worth.)

Then Cubic Ninja/OoT for Ninjhax2 which can load rxTools and from there you can do everything you need.

Same reason why 8.1J are stuck, because they don't have a browser. On 7.x-8.x, no browser = you are stuck unless you can update to 9.2 with a game card update. Japan doesn't have any retail games that come with 9.2 and most likely never will, so they are stuck and require fairly complicated methods for updating to 9.2
European and North American, though... NA has -one- which is only certain specific revisions of SSB4, while Europe has 3 (Tomodachi Life (Rev02), Gardening Mama: Forest Friends, Cooking Mama: Bon Appetit!)

I keep reading that Ninjhax2 works without a browser, but someone pointed out that even Ninjhax 2 requires that you go to the Ninjhax website and input your firmware version, including browser, to download the correct version. If it works without a browser, how can you do that?

Also, has anyone personally used Ninjhax2 without a browser?

And yeah I tested it out deleting my browser with bigbluemenu, didnt have a browser anymore, told me i needed to update system to use that feature when i tried to access browser, and ninjhax2 from cubic ninja (and oot3dhax) both worked.
Ninjhax2 downloaded payload just fine and ran fine, oot3dhax already had a payload beforehand and ran just fine too. On 10.3 with browser removed.

In order to get the code you have to tell it the browser version of your 3DS. If your 3DS doesn't have a browser, how do you do that? It only lets you pick 7-30 and "999", do you need to pick 999?
