Homebrew Install FBI

Finally I got Homebrew Launcher on my 11.5.0-38E and then I installed steelhax, now I want FBI to install themely but when I start up 3dsx file it gives me yellow screen and I want FBI to install CIAs, first I tried install boot9strap but it said my firmware isn't compatible. How can I install FBI or anything else to install CIA files.

U need to install Boot9Strap in order to have CFW to install CIA, so you need to do that, you have three options to install CFW, DSI Transfer, Hardmod or NTRboot which require a DS flash card.

1. There is a 3dsx of themely, you can use in hbl https://github.com/ErmanSayin/Themely/releases
   
2. If you have installed boot9strap (you may have to update your system to 11.5 and use something @Hayato213 mentioned), you are able to install fbi

I downloaded the 3dsx file of themely and I put it on the "3ds" directory, but when I start it up the bottom screens turns into yellow and anythin goes, I have to turn off my 3ds to do something.

Maybe try CHMM.
Should work too for themes.

One way to install the FBI is to inject it into the Health Notice CIA. You find more at the 3DS Guide

He doesn't have CFW and injecting into health and safety isn't the recommended way anymore.

yup I actually have it, but its the same.

Same problem, both chmm2 and themely freeze on yellow screen, no solution yet. on 11.5
