What is the correct way to install the games with the following file structure?



any file have extension

They are wii u games, they came in a zip file just as seen in the image, no file has an extension, it does not include the .h3 .tik .cert .tmd files, the files without an extension are the .app files

wup installer does not recognize it to install :/

Because they are "broken" files. Which wup installer can't handle. Use usb helper to get the games.

those are encrypted. decrypted will say .app, .h3, etc.

yes, with the ticket. I'm not real familiar with decrypting them when they're already downloaded though, but you need the ticket to do that.
