Hacking Install A9LH with valid otp file

Hello,
I would like to install A9LH on an O3DS with Firmware 11.0.0-33E with a valid otp.bin file.
I already installed A9LH (the first version) before, but it got removed???(it's not my 3ds)
Whats the fastest way to reinstall A9LH?(I don t have a Backup of it's old NAND)

How did it get removed?

If you are sure you have the right OTP. Then follow 3ds.guide up to booting decrypt9 - so you can make a backup. Then follow the guide again but where it says decrypt9 read it as SafeA9lhInstaller.

Warning though, if the otp.bin is wrong you will brick the system.

Follow @HyperT's post, but make absolutely sure it is from your 3ds and not someone else's.
