Homebrew injectiine...

hi. i want to inject mario party 3 with injectiine but i dont really know how. i only know it is injected to donkey kong 64 pal and that it uses mario pary 2’s config.ini by nintendo, but i dont really know how can i get it. can someone explain me how to obtain a config.ini? i am not asking for copyrighted msterial or links i just want to know if i can select it by default on injectiine or if i have to supply any base. thanks
