Hacking Inject Save into Legit Switch?

i got banned on my Switch and was wondering if I could inject my Splatoon 2 save into my brothers legit switch? I dont wanna install CFW in his switch but want my save, I cannot transfer my user profile or anything. Thanks!

If that was a modified save chances are you will get your brother's switch banned as well.

I modified it once and played on it for months and then I installed an NSP... while still being online... yikes

Then yeah the chances of getting your brother's switch banned as well is pretty high. There's really no way around that other than starting over again legit and not doing any modifying on the save files.
