ROM Hack inject pokemon rom hacks (gba) with out save problems?

Hey,
I want to inject these pokemon rom hacks for my 3ds, but every time when i use the normal tool this doesn't boot, so i downloaded the injected pokemon glazed version from the iso site and there you must save 2 times in the row, when you don't do it you lose your save file. which is pretty dumb. the rom hacks are: http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.phpt=347198 , http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=369231 , http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=365959 , http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=357465 , http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=349258 . does exist a way to do it?

oh okay so no fix exist for glazed? order&chaos and vega doesn`'t work do you get it to work.
