Homebrew Infolib and Savlib Updater Through Wifi

Is there a homebrew that updates these files via wifi? Cause there already is a homebrew that updates usrcheat files through wifi, so i was just wondering if there was a homebrew out there that updates those files.

in case you did not try clicking the link, there is a button on that page that says "download infolib" and a button that says "download savlib" so all you would need to do is program an app to download those files. i would do it if i knew how to code
