Hacking Incognito and Emunand

Hello guys!

I have a emunand running on my SD card and a clean sysnand running for online legit playing. Now, i want to be able to go online on my emunand for updates and so furth, and as a extra layer of protection i want to wipe my Prodinfo with incognito. Only on Emunand though.

Does Incognito wipe prodinfo from Emunand only if i use it or also on my entire console including clean sysnand?

Emunand only if you run the Homebrew application from emunand.

That's the purpose of emulated nand, it doesn't affect sysnand

I had the same question and I didn't want to create another thread.
As I understand incognito deletes the serial number. Can big n find me with joycon serials or game card ID? Is it safe? I have a clean sysnand for online play and an offline emunand for offline. I swap game cards between them and I'm worried it can detect me.
And also I have full nand backup do I need to backup my prod info?
