Does ISO apply for homebrew games or real games?

If it applies for real, then im getting RE4 straight away coz i so badly wanna play it like now. Also guys u recommend getting COD5 for wii? or should I just wait until PC version is out?

The pc version is out my bro plays it on pc, i play on wii. shame they could co play, wii ps3 pc 360 etc
pc has 16 per map, wii only 8

yeah i recommend it on wii but miles better on pc, anyway yeah ISO's are real and backups
