Hacking In need of source code for ntr 1.0

I wanna run some tests but I need to make or let's say alter ntr.bin. the current source code doesn't make it, 2.0 doesn't make it so I'm guessing it uses the one from 1.0. Could someone help me find it pease. Cell9 isn't very helpful sadly :/

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
