Homebrew Impossible to run tinfoil

Hi guys,

I was running tinfoil without problems but today, suddenly, when I try to run the tinfoil app a message appear saying:" impossible to run the application".

How to resolve?

Have you downloaded the latest 8.1.0 version? Tinfoil is now reliant on a full forwarder this is probably your problem

Hi, I tried to delete the last tinfoil and to put on my SD card the newest 8.1.0 version. Once I go to the homebrew menu and running the tinfoil installer, a message appear saying: "Unable to read Nand. Would you like to install a custom ams_mitm.kip to procees?"

At this point I push yes and another message appear saying: "Please reboot for changes to take effect".

Then I reboot the console and if I try to run tinfoil, the first message reappear again saying "unable to read nand, would you like blablabla......, so basically I am stuck and can't run tinfoil

I think I ended up with my console being banned due to this unable to read nand message as afterwards appeared the message to fix the error which I think that reported the error to Nintendo.

are you on the latest version of Atmosphere? 0.10.2
are you launching it using Fusee Primary?

these two requirements are a must for the new Tinfoil

I would suggest make sure you have the latest Atmosphere V.10.2 on your sd card also put on patches updater .nro link below boot up Atmosphere run the patches updater this will install all the latest patches and then run tinfoil

Before I was using Hekate but now I used Fusee, so tinfoil works well now
