Im going to the US in a few days.
And im bringing back a NTSC wii (if they are in stock over there)
The problem is im not sure what step down ac converter i need for it.
I found this: 85-Watt Foreign Travel AC Converter on Radioshack.

So my question is: Is that stepdown ac converter enough to support the wii ????

thx in advance

The Wii is rated at 58 Watts edit: 52 Watts (just checked my Wii) so that will be fine.

Just a thought, you could just buy a new power adapter for your Wii (i.e. the grey lead with brick -look on somewhere like ebay) - that will probably work out cheaper, and it's one less thing to lug around.

Not to mention it might be better quality... I have a US machine and I've just noticed my cheap £15 100w stepdown is all but broken... somehow the plastic inside the socket cracked and snapped off the contacts... time to whip out the super glue, gah!
