ROM Hack Important for me! platnium cheats

anyone who can make cheats, please help me!

since heart gold or ss doesnt work, im gonna play platnium for replacement, but.. its gonna be pretty boring without cheats. So can anyone tell me where i can find cheats, and like i heard some ekind of 3d pokemon cheat, and does that work on platnium and stuff.. i dont want 100lvl pokemon cheat or anythin i just want like speed talk and high speed and stuff like that. plz and thx

i use dstt, what should i download??

USRCHEAT.DAT is the one for you --> http://cheats.gbatemp.net/Temp/files/TEMP_USRCHEAT.DAT.zip

download and extract it, then put on your TTMENU folder. in the DS, go to your pokémon platinum rom, you should be able to see a "cheats" option. i don't know how is the dstt gui, cuz i used ysmenu, but i think you can find out there
