can anyone recommend me a good brand of microSDHC cards? Btw how high of capaxity does DSTT support.

I don't know if there's a limit (other than the maximum for a microSDHC). I believe people have tried up to 6GB with the DSTT without any problems (larger ones will probably also work). You'll want to get a class 6 probably. I don't think I'd get one bigger than 4GB for the DSTT because the game list will just get too long and the DSTT can't organize the roms into folders so they're all on one huge list. If you use YSMenu that wouldn't be a concern.

what Bri recommended is the fastest, probably most budgeted 4gig microsdhc in the market. Also newegg's price is the best you can find. However I see you are from canada and newegg only ships domestically unfortunately. If you can find that card, I highly recommend it!

I have the exact same problem too. I know what games I have on it and I don't mind if the games go but I just can't format it without opening the folder that says "Removable Drive G:"

I don't think anyone has recommended this yet, but try formatting it to FAT32.

Mine kept freezing, when I had it on FAT, but after I reformatted the microSD card to FAT32, it works perfectly without problems.

Just to let you know FAT32 is slower than FAT, so the DSTT Menu will take longer to scroll down the list, and load games; but you always have the option to replace it with DSision2, or MoonShell2+YSmenu.

The Panasonic formatter will automatically choose the best file system for you. If you can use FAT16 (meaning you have a microSD card that is smaller than 4GB) you should use FAT16. Otherwise, you'll have to use FAT32 which is slower.

But don't use the Windows formatting or it will format your microSD card in a non-standard way that can cause problems with flash carts.

My MicroSD card has the Excat same problem but I can't reformat the drive without open the folder its in. I using my sisters at the moment but she's getting annoyed that she can't use the BrainTraining game.

Again, I don't really understand what the problem is that you're experiencing, but assuming your DSTT used to work and then stopped working properly, you should read through the FAQ and follow the directions under "My DSTT used to work but now it doesn't."
