Hacking I'm Having Trouble Editing SSB Wii U's Save Data

I couldn't find a save editor for wii U that works with version 1.1.7. Supposedly what all I see on my issue is that I delete everything. (backup of course) Then update the game with update with version 1.1.6 from wii u usb helper. Install the update, then run ssb make a save, then pull it on an sd card. Edit it from there. For me it's not working, I've deleted everything even the dlc, I load up ssb4 with the 1.1.6 data, and it tells me to connect to the internet. Can anyone help me figure this out, or just give me a save with all characters and stages, thats all I need, not a 100% save. Any help is appriciated.

Now I kinda cant figure out how to restore my save, I backed it up twice on my computer, so the file isnt the issue, I put it back in the order that it was in. However, savemii mod isnt reading it, thinking it's an empty slot i put it in.
EDIT: So now I'm starting to think I accidently put the broken save over the original save I did have, I guess I'll have to start all over again. If anyone has a completed save, I'd really appriciate it.
