Hacking I'm a little confused...

My sister upgraded my Wii to 4.3U the other day, so now I'm trying to get everything working again.

It seems though that 4.3 was supposed to delete the Homebrew channel, and it hasn;t on mine. I can still get into it, and a get a few things to run. I can start up DOP-Mii, but it freezes. I can open WAD Manager, but I can't install anything.

What do you guys suggest I do here? Should I just follow a guide and reinstall everything, or is there something else I should try?

Just follow the Modify Any Wii guide again.

Your HBC didn't get removed because it was new enough. 4.3 only deletes HBC 1.0.6 and older. Your apps likely don't work because your cIOSes are stubbed.
