So I don't understand what I need to short and how I short it. Pin 10? pin 9 and 10 ?pin 1 and 10 ?pin 7 and 10? help

Pin 10 to any ground. Pins 1, 2, 7, and 9 are all ground pins. There are other ground points too, such as the screws on the rail, the heatsink, and the USB barrel.
