I got another problem not listed there. The thin strip on top of the gba catridge slot is loose. At first i was struggling to get my gba games out but once i got it out so did the strip. its not totally out just in the middle. Im prolly gona exchange it for a new 1...

I'm quite happy with my Lite. I only have the yellowish tint and it's completely unnoticeable in-game. It bothers me a tiny bit when I first boot up my Lite, sure, but when you're off playing awesome games on it, you forget completely about it and just enjoy yourself.

Not really; because both my old DS phat and my PSP have no quality issues AT ALL (DS Phat is chunky but it is SOLID). Its quite disspointing to see that Nintendo rushed out an "imrpoved product" with so many defects

What PSP fanboy planet are you from?

DSLis sweet. i have 2 and tehy are both perfect.

Are you forgetting the PSP dead pixels, sticking o, breaking UMD drive, etc etc.

Sony fanboy...

I knew I was right. In another topic, I said the cracks were down to overtightening of the ds lite hinge, where mine is slightly loose, where others were saying it was down to weak/cheap plastic

I got no dead pixels on my 1st and second ds lites *exchanged due to an extreme case of "loose screen" which made the console make creaky noises.

But had to exchange 6 blue ds to get a dead pixel free one.
Uts much easier to get a DS replaced than a PSP anyway.

at least nintendo is taking care of everyone with a [basically] no questions asked policy
that video with kevin pereira (attack of the show) destroying the ds lite just goes to show how far down the drain G4 tv has gone since the buyout over tech tv.

first they eliminated all of the shows worth watching, then they've gone and switched formats from a videogame channel to something which is [supposedly] supposed to cater to the 14-18yr old male demographic. kind of sad really.

how the heck am i a psp fanboy? i have both the DS and the DS-Lite. My DS-Lite has a crack and wiggly button and my PSP is flawless, of course i should think my DS-Lite has poorer build. If your bought a new car and there was a dent in it, you would just be like "oh its just a cosmetic defect... no biggie"??? hell no, you woul expect a new product to not have ANY DEFECTS... i would say that you are a DS fanboy
