Homebrew If I remove then reinstall CFW, will unsigned games work again?

I need to remove the CFW from one 3DS, move the SD card to another 3DS, then reinstall CFW. I am aware Removing CFW will prevent unsigned games from working, but will they work again if I reinstall everything?

If you mean games installed on the SD card from the old unit working on the new unit then no, as the content is encrypted. And why uninstall CFW though?

Please describe a little more what your actual goal and/or problem is.

B9S is installed to the internal NAND. The SD has nothing to do with this. The CFW (Luma3DS boot.firm) doesn't do anything on a non-CFW console.

I have games on an SD card, which I use on a CFWd console. How would I transfer all these games and software to the new console, which is unmodified? I would need to mod that first, which requires some stuff on the SD card?

Don't remove CFW for such a thing. Bad idea. We have a nice tutorial for this on the forum:

There's not absolute need to uninstall and then install again the hack/CFW.

And if you want to move your actual console content to another console (in order to use that content), just moving the SD (or copying the entire files/folders) does nothing. You must perform a transfer between consoles (depending if you want to use only legit or also unlegit content)
