Buy the Cyclo DSi Evo. Or, if you like waiting(it could take up to two years), wait for the 3DSevo.
Buy the iEvo, waiting for a fully 3DS compatible cart may take years, if ever. No one can tell since it might take quite a while to make one. Currently the iEvo is a good choice for DS games on the 3DS. DSi mode seems to need patching to the loader, but the DSL mode works.
