Homebrew idea pokemon browser save editor

so the idea is to have a homebrew app that uploads your pokemon savedata to a browser editor then on your phone or pc you edit then send it back to 3ds and put it onto the game i know theirs pchex but its not complete and it would be easier to do it this way instead of pressing buttons on the 3ds to gen this could also be good for a genning app
