Homebrew [IDEA] Mii Generator/Randomizer

I have an idea for a homebrew app, make one that generates a Mii qr code that can be scanned by another 3ds system.
iirc, the 3ds's qr code generator algorithm is documented.

It says in the Notes and Credits that it is just app that generates QR codes, and doesn't actually generate miis.

He didn't say he wanted the characters specifically. I thought he meant the QR codes in Mii format. Sorry, I should have said QR Code instead of 'character.'
